Anthracnose usually caused by fungus, Colletotrichum sp. which can attack from growing period until harvest. The purpose this study to isolate and analyze phylogenetic fungi as a pathogen taken traditional market Bandar Lampung, We isolated peppers. That characterized macroscopically microscopically, namely W1, has been identified W1 then analyzed phylogenetically using Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) sequence.
